Kestinywear is pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased & therefore, we DO NOT accept refunds or returns.

However, email us and let us know about any issues as soon as possible after receiving your package.  Any request that did not meet the 5 days period, will be rejected. 

NO return and NO exchange on WHITE COLOR items. Please make sure you select the right size or email us your questuion before placing your order.

If for any reason you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can assist you!

We are not responsible for wrong shipping address customer entered. In this case, customer will wait for the carrier to return the package to us then we will reach out to re verify the shipping address before sending it back to you.
